Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 May 2026. These terms govern use of the Residio pre-launch website and request-access flow.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Residio website and early access enquiry flow. Residio is currently pre-launch. The website explains the intended product direction and lets owners, managers, and service providers request a conversation.
By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.
2. Early access enquiries
Submitting the form does not guarantee access to Residio, create a customer relationship, or commit either side to proceed. We review requests manually and may reply if there appears to be a useful fit.
Please provide accurate information and do not submit anything you are not authorised to share.
3. No property advice
The website is for product information only. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, insurance, security, surveying, or property-management advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your property, providers, access arrangements, and costs.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, probe it without permission, submit malicious content, infringe another person's rights, or use the form to send spam or unlawful material.
Do not submit sensitive access details such as alarm codes, key locations, payment card numbers, passport details, or private documents through the early access form.
5. Product information
The site describes a product that is still being shaped. Screens, examples, timelines, and descriptions may change. We aim to keep the site clear and honest, but we do not promise that every described feature will be available, unchanged, or available in every location.
6. Intellectual property
The Residio name, website design, copy, imagery, product concepts, and other materials on the site belong to Residio or its licensors. You may view the site for your own evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or reuse substantial parts of it without permission.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made from relying on pre-launch website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party hosting, deployment, analytics, security, or email providers. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Residio develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date above.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@getresidio.com.
