Residio is an early-stage product for remote property owners and the people who help care for those properties. The website is operated for the purpose of explaining the product and receiving early access enquiries.

When you request access, we collect the information you choose to provide: your email address, your role, your property or service location, and any message you add about your ownership or property-care needs.

We may also receive basic technical information from hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs. This helps us keep the site reliable and secure.

We use enquiry information to review whether Residio may be relevant to you, reply to your request, arrange a conversation, improve the product, and understand the problems remote owners and managers need solved.

We do not sell enquiry data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not create public profiles from the information you submit.

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, operate this pre-launch website, improve the product, and protect the service from misuse. Where you ask us to contact you about early access, we also use your information to take steps at your request before any future agreement.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website, host the application, receive form submissions, and send email notifications. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide those services to us.

The current site is hosted on Vercel. Email notifications may be handled through an email delivery provider. Repository and deployment tooling may be provided by GitHub and Vercel.

We keep early access enquiries only for as long as they are useful for responding to you, understanding potential customer needs, and operating the pre-launch process. If the conversation does not continue, we will periodically remove old enquiries that are no longer needed.

You can ask us to delete or correct your enquiry information by emailing hello@getresidio.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.

If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us and we will stop contacting you about Residio early access unless we need to keep a limited record for legal or security reasons.

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the site. No internet service is perfectly secure, so please do not submit sensitive property access details, alarm codes, payment card details, passport information, or other highly sensitive information through the early access form.

We may update this policy as Residio develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date above.
