Delete your Residio account
You can request permanent deletion of your Residio account and associated personal data at any time. Residio is currently in early access, so deletion requests are reviewed manually to avoid removing property records that may also involve another owner, manager, or invited collaborator.
Request deletion
Email support@getresidio.com from the email address used for your Residio account. Use the subject line “Delete my Residio account”. We will confirm receipt and process eligible deletion requests within 30 days.

We may retain limited records where required for security, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or to preserve a shared property activity record for another account holder. We will explain any retention that applies to your request.
